As QIC's Chief Executive, Damien leads the Executive Committee to achieve QIC's strategic and business objectives.
Damien has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector. He has a strong focus on developing and executing strategy, particularly around growth and sales. Prior to his current role, Damien was the country head of BlackRock Australia, responsible for managing $45 billion of assets on behalf of clients. Damien also held the position as BlackRock’s Head of Account Management, overseeing sales, marketing and product efforts across institutional and retail channels. Damien’s career has also included roles at Merrill Lynch Investment Management, Barclays Global Investors and Citibank.
Damien is a Queenslander and prior to his career in financial services he represented Australia in rugby union.

As Chief Financial Officer, Claire leads enterprise financial outcomes through the provision of insight, analysis, decision support and business partnering. Led by Claire, QIC’s Finance team delivers financial services for QIC, its subsidiary companies, investment products, mandates and real estate assets. Claire is a Director of several QIC subsidiaries, including QIC European Investment Services Limited and QIC U.S. Investment Services and chairs the Financial Statements Review Sub-Committee.
Claire has over 25 years of experience in financial services and has held numerous finance roles within QIC.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Financial Services Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia.

Sam leads QIC’s Risk Management Group which is responsible for managing risk and governance at QIC. Under Sam’s leadership, QIC’s Risk Management Group focuses on Investment Risk, Operational Risk and Workplace Health and Safety.
With over 20 years’ experience in risk management, Sam joins QIC from Aurizon where he was Head of Risk and Assurance. Prior to joining Aurizon, Sam spent three years at a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund in the position of Manager, Investment Services, where he worked with investment teams across real estate, private equity and infrastructure. Sam was also previously the Head of Investment Performance and Risk and Head of Investment Compliance and Risk Management at QIC.
Sam is a graduate from the University of Queensland in Economics and Arts (Psychology) and has a post-Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Economics from the Securities Institute of Australia and Certificate in Energy Risk Management from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management.

Michelle leads the QIC Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance division and is responsible for the provision of legal services and advice across QIC’s investment management business in Australia and internationally.
Michelle’s specialties include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure law, financial services, risk management and corporate governance.
With over 20-years’ experience, Michelle’s career includes in-house and private-practice legal and general counsel roles in both Australia and the UK. Prior to joining QIC, Michelle had worked with Babcock & Brown, Suncorp and BOQ. She was also a Partner at SJ Berwin LLP in London and was Head of Renewables Cleantech and Carbon Group before returning to Australia in 2012.
Michelle currently holds practising certificates in England and Wales and Queensland and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, Queensland and New South Wales. She was also appointed as a Committee Member of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Queensland Rugby League in November 2020.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, Queensland.

Ravi leads QIC’s Client Solutions and Capital team and is responsible for overseeing all third-party clients, product development, marketing communication strategies and the enterprise-wide ESG function. Ravi is also a member of QIC’s Executive Committee supporting the development and execution of QIC’s business strategy.
Prior to joining QIC, Ravi was Head of BMO Global Asset Management, Asia Pac, while also CEO of LGM Investments, BMO GAM’s London-based emerging and frontier market equity boutique. In addition, Ravi has been BlackRock Australia Managing Director – Head of Institutional Business.
Ravi has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Glenn leads QIC’s Human Resources function and is responsible for the development and execution of QIC’s people strategy. Glenn is a seasoned HR Executive having held HR leadership roles in a number of multi-national organisations, including Group Chief HR Officer for QBE, and General Manager Talent and Capability for the National Australia Bank Group.
Glenn holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Mark leads QIC’s Operations and Technology functions and is responsible for managing investment operations, development and execution of ICT strategy, delivery of technology services, program management, and facilities functions. His team provide services to all investment teams and business units across QIC.
Prior to joining QIC in June 2014, Mark was the Head of Investment Operations for Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Before this, he was Vice-President, Head of Middle Office for State Street Global Advisors based in London.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin.
