Since 2006, the team has built diversified global infrastructure portfolios that deliver on clients’ objectives through its Active-Core strategy. This strategy focuses on core assets that will benefit from active management, stakeholder engagement and/or expansion through QIC being in a position of strong influence or control.
  • We are active at every stage of the investment process – from targeted origination to active asset management and exit strategies.
  • Active management provides a higher level of risk management for the portfolio while leveraging our broad experience for the benefit of individual assets.
  • We are represented on the Boards of most of our portfolio companies. In many instances QIC managed funds and clients are collectively the majority investor (Epic Energy, Lochard Energy, PARF, Powerco, CampusParc), or the single or equal largest investor (Brisbane Airport, Port of Brisbane, Port of Melbourne).
