We believe mental, financial, and physical health allows for sustained high performance. Our wellbeing programs help our employees manage their own health and finances through initiatives including fitness reimbursements, Employee Assistance Programs, and wellbeing webinars.

We are committed to the learning and development of our people to ensure they have the skills and capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes for QIC now and into the future. We support our people on their career journey, which looks different for everyone. QIC provides development opportunities to enhance people’s skills, leadership development and professional capability. Examples include coaching and mentoring, leadership programs, diversity and inclusion training, business skills professional development courses, LinkedIn Learning and study assistance.

At QIC we aim to provide an environment where our people can thrive. Our flexible working arrangements allow employees to raise families, pursue personal passions, and live balanced lives all while growing their careers. Flexible working means having flexibility in how, when or where you work, and all QIC employees have access to hybrid flexible working. Working flexibly will be different for every QIC employee, depending on their personal circumstances, the requirements of their role and the needs of the business. 

Examples of formal flexible working arrangements include part-time, job-sharing arrangements, condensed working hours, and adjusted hours. We also offer carers leave, recharge leave, parental leave, and many other leave options to help integrate work and life goals.
